For a very specific customer application, Rotronics offered a control solution that generates torque jerks.
In daily use, the customer’s motor is subjected to very short parasitic phenomena, beyond the force it has to apply, subjecting it to a very brief torque peak.
In concrete terms, the customer motor regulates speed, and in some cases, the load machine, in addition to its torque control, will apply a very brief torque pulse to represent this parasitic phenomenon, which varies as a function of the customer speed.
Naturally, the bench was delivered with a complete hardware and software solution, for a turnkey application and application-specific parameterization!
